PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Co-ordination with Branch for getting material dispatch/delivery report.
Maintaining and updating Suppliers and Customers account on day to day basis
Reviewing individual account on day to day basis and preparing age wise outstanding details
Following up with concern marketing person for payment realization and Account Reconciliation
Maintenance of Post Dated Cheque and send them for deposit on due date
Good knowledge of Account Management
Knowledge of TDS returns, Service Tax, VAT, CST, P.F (Provident Fund) etc.
