PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Team Leader must have 3 to 6 years’ experience in managing customers in customer facing environments like small to big Hotels, Restaurants, Sales Agencies, Retail outlets/ shops, Banks, Call Centres/BPO etc. Should have managed Operations of an outlet, with a team of 5 to 10 employees. Experience in Sports or Event Management will be an added advantage. Must be a highly motivated & self-driven Team player, with excellent Team Management capabilities. Previous experience in managing end-to-end Operations of a Centre/Filed/Site, with a team of 5 to 10 employees is necessary. Should be able to meet weekly Sales Targets, for his/ her Sports Centre, while maintaining high service quality standards defined by the Management. Should be open to learning Technical skills related to Paintball equipment maintenance and field operations.
