PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Plan and implement operations procedures in the boutique to deliver desired level of guest satisfaction. • Planning & achieve the Sales targets for the boutique • Ensure Positive feedback on Customer Service & product quality • Ensure quality of Visual merchandising in the boutique as per plan • Efficiency of operations as measured by costs as per budgets • Shop floor people development and training facilitation. • Develop and implement the sales & service plan for Fabelle • Ensure sale & service process is built to develop loyalty of the hotel resident guests & walk-in guests at boutique • Plan & execute marketing activities for the boutique store along with the F&B Manager. • Liaise with Foods Division to ensure proper inventory management of all chocolate product availability of relevant SKU at all times. • Review sales performance of the boutique store over defined periods as well as in comparison to pre-defined competition set.
